I’ve been coming to northwestern for quite some years now. Never had I experienced what I experienced today. I went for just blood work an one of the oldest secretary told me that it was nice and quite and she will like to keep it that way for other patients just because I had my kids with me but they weren’t making hardly any noise. Which blew my mind. This is a place that helps parents have kids they should love kids and welcome them not feel unwelcome. For this reason only I will go else where. Phone service is trash. Some black girl answered the phone bitter and like I was bothering her. Asked to speak to someone else she just put the phone down and breathing like an angry weirdo and came back saying “I’m still here sir”. GARBAGE SERVICE GET SOME REAL PROFESSIONALS WORKING THE PHONES!

I scheduled my husband an appointment here. All of our doctors are through Northwestern. The last on the phone mentioned nothing about insurance, when making the appointment a month ago. When we showed up, they apparently only take PPO, not HMO insurance. That would've been very helpful to know BEFORE scheduling & showing up in the middle of a work day! Not impressed. Thanks for wasting our time!

Scheduled an appointment for today. Was not notified that my insurance wouldn't cover these labs when scheduling. Canceled appointment last minute. Not happy with end result. It would've helped if they said they don't take my insurance when booking the appointment a while back. They only looked at my wife's insurance, not mine. It also took about 6-8 calls into the office line to figure that out.
