I’ve had a horrendous patient experience given recent staffing changes and/or apparent restructuring in the office, and can no longer wholeheartedly recommend it here. I suspect your experience will depend on your provider and whether or not you need to interact much with other staff in the office. Dr. Yang and her team are incredible.
Worst hospital organization when it come to patients care and availability they are booked out for 6 months or longer for any health or emergency situations you may have!!! Which sends patients to the Er which cost more and causers more turmoil all because they don’t have adequate scheduling…You pay your money for insurance to be able to be care for you when needed and they don’t offer time appropriate services to you so you can BE WELL your health concerns will get neglected here !!! Dr. Patel is outstanding! I live 2.5 hours away and this hospital is worth every mile driven when I went in for a physical exam to identify the cause of my problems. I've had plenty of horrible, belittling experiences from doctors who have just dismissed me or shrugged me off because they don't know what's wrong with me (as women's health care typically does). But Dr. Patel identified my issue on the first visit and the treatment I'm on is the first to actually work for me. It's honestly been life-changing. I can't recommend... read more
