This office's repeated scheduling failures are unacceptable. In less than a month, three of my appointments have been cancelled. Most recently, my appointment was cancelled less than 50 minutes before it was scheduled to take place. Previous cancellations have also come with only a day's notice. It is unreasonable to expect patients to repeatedly rearrange their work schedules and take time off because of the office's ongoing administrative mistakes. I had an excellent experience working with Dr. Yang and her team for endometriosis surgery. I didn’t have issues with scheduling or billing as other reviews mention- my experience overall was smooth. I am a very anxious patient, and I felt at ease throughout the process here. All the providers I worked with along the way were extremely knowledgable and approachable.

I am nearly two weeks post op and so appreciative to have found Dr. Voigt and this team. This is my second surgery for what I suspected was the return of Endometriosis. I had my first with a private doctor at another hospital, and while my care there was good, I wanted something that could further contribute to research for Endometriosis. I've been under the care of Dr. Voigt now for a few months and am blown away by the high level of care she has given me. After seeing other doctors outside of Northwestern and being either dismissed or simply told to take birth control I was treated with respect and listened to by Dr. Voigt. She's been nothing but professional and kind, I could not have asked for a more caring doctor. I never feel rushed and she always makes sure all of my questions and concerns are answered.
