My experience was awful. My sister was hooked up to a heart monitor and transferred to another facility. The heart monitor tech did not set up or enroll with the correct information. The facility called 911 for assistance. The tech put in the home address and unfortunately the paramedics went to her residence rather than the facility. This is excusable. This team of doctors, nurses and support staff is beyond compare! 110% from each and every person. They saved my life, enough said. I never felt rushed or alone. I sleep now knowing the team has my back and my heart.

Unfortunately my family had a pretty frustrating experience with this cardiology group. The doctors were fine but the office/administration seems untrained, disorganized and confused about their own policy. We were told one thing on the phone and another thing in person. When we tried to resolve the issue, the office attendants and people on the phone continued to say the same thing over and over again, as if they hadn’t heard us and were reading from a script.
