Absolutely helpful!!! recommended!!
I am not sure why the negative reviews. The staff and Dr. Bateman are outstanding. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Bateman is the best Psychiatrist I have ever had. He listens to your needs and is very patient. We have in this country a huge shortage of Psychiatrists so I am sure they get frustrated when appointments are missed.

First time here I got stuck in traffic on my way in, 1pm appointment, tried calling at 12:54 to let them know I am running late, was on hold until 1:17 when I arrived due to an unexpected traffic jam, then get told they can’t help me and can only reschedule me because I was 2 minutes past the “grace period” screw this place. I wouldn’t be associated if I was not court ordered by the law to be.
I was unfairly dropped from psychological care for what they said was missed appointments (which had to happen due to emergency family situations, I am not going to let people I love be hospitalized or die despite that being apparently what the bureaucrats who run this place want.) This caused a whole host of mental health issues that I am still recovering from now. To be fair, all the providers I have seen here have been wonderful.
