Frustrating experience. After initial phone screening (which took over a month, to even book), I was told to expect a call back from services to book an in-person screening within 4 weeks. Over 3 months went by before I got a call back, I was away at work. No voicemail was left with instructions, attempted to call back with no option to speak to a human representative. My chil got the help he needed. I’m thankful for the services that were offered to my child. The therapist Dr Minh Hugnh was so nice we really liked him. Good with working with teens. Definitely recommend it here
they don’t do what they promised to do. my son has been there for 3 weeks and they won’t give me or the school any paperwork stating he’s in there now my son is failing because of this!!!
I completed a 9-month internship here under the supervision of Chaynee and had an incredible experience. The staff go above and beyond to help their patients get better. The program is full of opportunities to better oneself and work on mental health. Highly recommend this facility to students looking for an internship placement or for adolescents struggling with mental health.
