Horrible heartless staff - just like a prison
Refused to see my wife because she canceled 1 appointment. Unacceptable way to treat a patient.
Everyone here treated me so badly, it was seriously shocking. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
Called to make an appointment to find a new doctor to manage my ADHD prescription, as i recently moved to the area. They schedule you first for a phone intake interview. Was told they would call me on specific day at specific time. After waiting 30 minutes after the time, I called them and they just hadn't called me yet. Was told that they would see which doctor would schedule me for initial appointment and to expect a call in 5 days. After 5 days I call back and am told at least 10 days.
