It appears that Northwestern Landscape & Design has lost their license. They took a $13,000 deposit from me, didn't do any work, and left town.
Caused flooding on our property. We won a judgment in small claims and they still have not paid us.
Good & crafted workers, however, poor communication with owner, make sure to get clear specs/estimates in writing in advance. Some mediocre follow-up (clean-up).
We are looking for a landscape design so we can stage an upgrade of the hardscape and plantings over the next 2-3 years. Daniel came out, walked the property with us, said his crew would be able to handle the work, and said he'd be back to us with a design. He never contacted us again. He did not respond to phone messages or emails. During his visit with us, he was interrupted by his realtor and his wife regarding some real estate transaction he was involved in.
