Scheduling here is absolutely nightmarish. For years, I have scheduled by physical ... /at my physical/, becuase if I don't, they won't have space. My doctor left the Midwest, and as an established patient trying to find someone else, I keep running into the same problem: everyone is booked out so far that they're not accepting anyone. The front desk staff needs better customer service training. The answers I got could have been delivered in a much friendlier, more professional way. Instead, I was met with rudeness and attitude when I was simply asking questions about rescheduling and fees (annual out of pocket fee of 300 just to be a patient). Patients deserve respect, not dismissiveness

Dr Havey and his nurses are the very best. He has been my Dr for the past 22-23 years. I can't express he and his nurses fabulous care enough. Since I live too far away now, I have to say I've cried many times because of having to find another dr close to me. I can let all others know he is the best internist you could ask for.
