Five stars for Northwestern Insurance’s Jay Langfelder! He cares about his customers. He researched several options for my auto insurance, to find a policy that I could afford. When we found a policy, they said it was going to take a week or two to activate it. Jay said that was unacceptable, and went to bat for me. He ended up coming up with a solution that was cheaper and I was able to get insurance that same day.
I was with usaa ins had so many problem JUST getting a human on the phone so I called Jerry at northwestern I WAS STUNNED BY THE OLD SCHOOL SERVICE I RECIEVED the personal sevice IS above and beyond THE BEST PART I SAVED OVER 2200.00 ON MY HOME AND 2 TRUCKS WITH 2 CARS THANK YOU JERRY
