Trash ass company, the commercials they play on TV make me laugh.
Their commercials claim how fair and low their prices are. Theyre about as low as the price it costs to go to the fair now a days. Garbage ass company
We have no power. It's been around 12 hours after a tree branch caused some damage during a snow storm. I had to find this out on my own after NW energy sent a tree removal company to the location. We are still without a heat source. Families with illness, high risk, young children, especially depend on this power company during adverse weather to do thier job and make a simple fix in a timely manner. They really show a disregard for customer safety.
