Im giving it a 1 star for now, it can be fixed as long as NWE pulls it together and fixes their problems. They are currently claiming to be short staffed so they only read meters every other month at times. So you may have a high bill followed by an adjusted accurate bill the following month. This alone is sketchy as when this happens the estimated bill is usually significantly higher than what it actually is. Well we had 2 back to back high ones.
