Tom deserves a raise and paid 2 week vacation wherever he wants. Super professional, helpful, and very kind, even with having to come out at 10pm for a potential gas leak.
It is currently 32° outside, they decided to schedule maintenance and turn off electricity for over 700 people. They estimate the power will be off for about 6 hours. Im pretty sure this is illeagle to shut off power at freezing, but hey maybe a lawyer would know better then me?
