It is currently 32° outside, they decided to schedule maintenance and turn off electricity for over 700 people. They estimate the power will be off for about 6 hours. Im pretty sure this is illeagle to shut off power at freezing, but hey maybe a lawyer would know better then me?

Thry just bought energy west and I was on budget billing with them. I guess it doesn't matter if Im on budget billing or not. I have to have 8 months of "service" with them so that they know what I use for gas before I can go back on budget billing. This company is garbage. I wish they were not a monopoly and also wish that it was illegal to do so.
We noticed our lights in house dimming at 9pm so just wanted to see if maybe NWE was experiencing issues. I messaged just after 9p. By 1020p a tech was in our backyard running tests. I was impressed by the quick service. Great job NWE!
