We have had NWEC for the past 5 years. There have been plenty of ice and thunderstorms as well wildfires through our areas. NWEC has always worked hard to get us power when the lines go down. We also select the option of receiving a phone call once power has been restored. They do a great job every year. Glad to have them.
Having been a customer since 2015, we have had outstanding service from NWEC. Whenever there are outages, repairs are done in reasonable time, usually quickly. When fast repairs were not possible, the conditions were completely understandable. Call backs are much appreciated. Employees have been friendly. Payments are made easily online, by phone, or in person either at the kiosk, counter, or drive-through!
