I called crisis services at night. They called me back and were very helpful. I calmed down and was able to get back to sleep.
Please don’t go here if you’re actually wanting help . I’ve gone here for years and they’ve done more damage than they’ve helped.
I've had nothing but a good experience here. All of the staff have been polite and helpful in every interaction I've had. I already understood that I was going to need to be patient, but really everything about my experience has been positive and has surpassed my expectations.
I went to the one on Amherst Street do not go there! It took me an hour just to do intake , when I needed to be seen for medications. And therapy, and see a phyistrist the peer specialist just wants a name for her self!! I desperately needed help and a they asked me where I wanted to work and said they would hook me up with case management ,therapy and phytrist that was a few days ago. And I've heard nothing.! So don't go to amhurst street!
