I have enjoyed my time at the Y. The teachers are wonderful and I can get stronger at my own pace. The front desk staff and the whole experience is great. I have lost over 25 pounds just going at my own slow pace. I am stronger and faster than I have been in a long time .Thanks
Everyone is helpful sharing exercise ideas even outside the many programs available at the Y. I like the variety of activities offered for all ages. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the upgraded on line program but the staff is always willing to get us on track again. It is a happy atmosphere and it has been fun making new friends Thank you to everyone for helping to keep us healthy and fit as we grow older.
The front desk staff are always smiling and cordial. All instructors are excellent and willing to give you extra tips. I only do low impact aerobics and I get a good workout with them. They are excellent. I also do Bingo, and have a great time.
