The NW YMCA has the BEST group fitness. Yet they refuse to put a proper a/c unit in the group x room! They stuff it full of people and gaslight you when u complain it’s hot. The locker rooms and the hallways are far cooler… make that make sense.
Shout out to the instructors! I love them!
Great place to workout with numerous options to fit individual needs! Friendly, excellent group and individual trainers! Equipment and facility is clean and well maintained!
