With the record amount of snow that came in January 2026, the maintenance crew worked through the frigid temperatures to clear the parking areas of the snow allowing residents to park safely in their areas. Awesome job guys!

The other reviews are true. Management changes hands so many times they frequently “lose” maintenance requests or promised items. When I moved in I was promised refinished countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, but then that manager was fired. Months later they finally redid the kitchen but “didn’t have the budget” to do the bathroom. My dishwasher was full of mold the entire 2 years I lived there. I’m only giving two stars because overall, it is a nice apartment — very spacious, and I loved my top-floor unit with the vaulted ceilings. The location is also super convenient, close to the interstate and stores. That being said, my actual experience was awful. Northwest Woods didn’t fix my issue, and even upper management brushed me off like I didn’t matter. Unless they’ve gotten completely new management since 2024 when I moved out, I would not recommend living here.
