I’ve seen negative reviews prior online but NEW maintenance is amazing now I put in a request to get my sink fixed and immediately the next day they came and fixed it for me. I absolutely love living here the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The lady’s that’s work in the office are absolutely the sweetest and do everything they can to accommodate my needs as a resident. I never have any issues. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY moving here! They don’t fix anything! My air been out since 2024 and my kid has asthma! They refuse to fix the air and also their pool is never open ! You’re paying to live in a dump ! Save your money
The office continually ignores maintenance requests. I have had mold in my utility closet from a leak from the upstairs unit for weeks that they have ignored, vermin have gotten in the dryer vent opening to the outside and have started to claw through the drywall, my balcony needed repair and has been boarded off for 10 months with ZERO updates. Do yourself a favor and please look elsewhere to avoid the unsafe health conditions of this property that are continually ignored.
10/10 do not recommend. I moved in August and have had issues since. The apartment was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned. Tools were left behind from maintenance. My bathroom floor was dirty. Had paint all over. My movers had to use the bathroom and laughed at the dirty floor they left. The kitchen drain had a piece missing and was completely open. So we have had a winter storm and the parking lots have not been cleared we are unable to dig our cars out! Would be nice if this could be cleared..
