Well, my husband buy a package of six massage prepaid online two months ago. He called to schedule first appointment 2 weeks after on Monday for the morning. He got a called to cancel 30 minutes before his appointment. We were like ok. He tried to schedule again for the second time and it is supposed to be today morning at 11:30 am. This time he get a text message 1 hour before to cancel. I think we have enough. We asking our credit card company to get a full refund and do not recommend this place to anyone. What a joke.
Im really confused on where my last review went and why google has taken the reviews off of google... I am going to assume because it is under a new name now. Needless to say I was hoping when I posted my review the owner would have contacted me but no such luck. My hands have been bothering me for about two weeks from doing excessive yard work. After going here for an hour my hands No longer feel tense or painful. The people working there were very polite and the place had a real Zen feeling to it. I will be going there again next time I need help, I wish I knew about this place two weeks ago because that pain I was dealing with before I went there was no fun.
I had two good experiences here before they moved locations, and one after. Always good massage therapists if I could actually get an appointment. My husband purchased a package with 5 certificates, and I was able to use a few. He attempted multiple times to schedule, with cancellations every time. One time the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I have again tried to schedule myself and just received ANOTHER cancellation. Unfortunately their hours seem limited for the typical m-f work schedule. Buyer beware.
