our business credit card was charged by northwest yet had no invoice to clarify charges, office staff made 9 phone calls looking for invoice or proof of purchase, called the 10th time was guaranteed we would receive an email the following day with an invoice, when that didn't arrive we called back ,only to be told to call the cops . do not deal with these guys!
If you call and speak with "LEE," Than you definitely wasted time and energy, very rude and unprofessional. He will even insult you on the phone. What a joke for a business
