Worst incompetent Staff. Pretty much same for the doctors. Had 8am appointment, because they are always 1hour to 2hours behind. 8am was first appointment. Got there 8am. Said my appointment was for 11am. They have zero idea what they are doing. Strongly suggest you find a different place to go.
The worst ever to cancel or make an appointment. Hung on 15 minutes before they answered. THE WORST EVER
Great Doctors and staff
This office has gone down hill. I was a patient of Dr Jay, he had me on Testosterone therapy and always shortened my medication. No big deal as I would call in for the last month before appt. But this last month his office staff decided to argue with me telling me I had no appt and had not been seen by him when I kept telling them I have all my records and hand written appt card and lab card in hand. Just spent 4 hours in the emergency room with my mom because 1) she was not properly informed of the pain and bleeding she would experience after a procedure 2) she couldn't get a live person on the phone with any medical knowledge to answer questions 3) and no one from the office would return the voicemail she left regarding the pain and bleeding. The doc at the hospital was able to get ahold of the office finally and relay the proper info
