My appointment time was 3:30pm. At 4:15pm NOT ONE person came to tell me why the delay and whether or not I would be seen. I walked out of the exam room and informed the first employee I saw of my name and I was leaving without being seen and why. Told the second employee the same thing. NO ONE CARES!!!!! I will not be back and will request my primary doctor refer me to a different urologist.
