My appointment time was 3:30pm. At 4:15pm NOT ONE person came to tell me why the delay and whether or not I would be seen. I walked out of the exam room and informed the first employee I saw of my name and I was leaving without being seen and why. Told the second employee the same thing. NO ONE CARES!!!!! I will not be back and will request my primary doctor refer me to a different urologist.
Recommendede've been to too many urology practices. This practice is beyond wonderful. Dr. Siv and his team are an amazing group of people. Unfortunately, we hadn't seen this level of personal care in any other practice. We are so happy we found them!
It takes 2 weeks to get an emergency appointment. Your practice is in breach of every single insurance contract you have. Additionally, your office staff is rude, cold, and uncaring. Would not recommend this office.
I'm so mad I'm crying. I called Banner oncall and the nurse asked my symptoms and said sounds like I'll need to be seen within the next 24 hours, but to be sure, call my urology office. I did. The nurse (who was nice) said she's paging the dr. She said to call back every 30 minutes if I don't hear back from him. So I did. After 1.5 hours, he finally calls Dr Goldman: Hello. You paged. Yes sir. I'm having pain in my kidney but don't know if it's normal. Him: You're calling me at 1 in the morning because you have pain? Um, yes... read more
Love Dr. Goldman. Literally my hero. Saw him today after he removed bladder cancer (adenocarcinoma) in 2014 - so today marks 5 years cancer free! Treated me like his family since the day I met him. And his staff is awesome too! Highly recommend.
Been going there for nine years now
Dr Goldman was a nice and professional but got a bill with a balance. Called to confirm but staff was rude and nasty. Bill was paid by insurance but never got a letter to stated the bill paid. Wanted us to pay twice for the service !!! Never recommended any one to this office
Dr Biren Patel and Nicole Villa epitomize the best in professional care. From difficult diagnosis through surgery and recovery and into follow up; I cannot recommend them highly enough. In addition, their staff is also of a similar high caliber. Office locations are very convenient and pleasant and near West valley hospitals
