I've been trying to contact the doctor for three days now, and every time the secretary or nurse says she has to consult the doctor and will call me back, but she doesn't call me back, no understanding for the patient, they just take the money from the insurance for the visit, nothing else matters
I had three visits with Dr Bux and it was a terrible experience every time. Don't even go to the office at the Busse Center, find a different Urology office because the check-in staff has no bedside manners. 1st Visit - I'm a 32M seeing a urologist, and the entire time Dr Bux is rushing to get me out the door, not listening to me, and tells me everything is fine. Waiting over 60 minutes past (so far) my appointment time. Not the first time this has happened at this office.
Top flight staff and Doctors. Everyone working here is both friendly and professional; they respect their patients and their patient's general nervousness. Doctor Kim, and Chloe, one of his PAs, are knowledgeable and willing to spend the time needed to answer questions and make sure the client understands their meds and any scheduled procedures. Very happy I was referred to this place.
