I just had my yearly exam with Dr Brar. I was glad to see she is still with the VA Health System. When I met with her last year (1st time) she had just come onboard with the VA. A wonderful personality. You can see she cares, you're not just a social security number. Very thorough, takes her time. A very nice person! Dr Brar is the exception, most doctors in the VA Health System are nasty, disrespectful.. The VA Health System needs more Dr Brars. Thanks Michael
Terrible customer service and female acting facility mgr has a very poor attitude towards Veterans, obviously it bleeds over to the staff as well. Employees routinely model poor leadership and well it shows here at this facility.
Run! Extremely poor service for Veterans. Waited over an hour for husband who was Extremely ill to be seen for only to be told to go to Urgent Care down the road by the RN Manager. Her excuse was she had just gotten back, when asked if she was on break, she stumbled and replied she was busy with other taskers. Apparently the providers could not see him. But yet we waited while over 8 patients were seen, three employees left early on this Friday, and the lobby was completely empty. Oh and the clinic sign states they close at ... read more
Daryle leiker I have been to many clinics in 73 years. The staff here was the best I have ever worked with. From doctor to nurses to front desk,they were friendly and great. Thank you staff
Don’t even try to call NW VA. I need to see a doctor (nasty ear infection) and the phone number listed doesn’t work. The 800 number just takes you in circles. Best to drive there so you can be turned away to suffer on…
