Rented a 50 ft. sewer snake for 59.00 + 100.00 deposit for 4 hours. When I went to use it the cable was all tangled and twisted. Worked on it for about 1 hour was only able to get about 20 ft. They never offered to refund my money or even give a reduced rate since I could not use the, 40 at least, feet that I needed. Now I need to call a plumber.
