I’m very disappointed with Northwest Trucks. They have lied to me multiple times — both about repairs and when selling trucks. The first time, they charged me twice for the same repair. Then I bought a red truck from their salesman Jim, who promised it was in great condition with no issues. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Northwest Trucks. This dealership has lied to me more than once. The first time, they charged me twice for the same repair and tried to make excuses instead of owning up to it. This place does not source their trucks from auctions and such, they sell off fleet trucks as they age and anything that has underlying problems or intermittent issues that are hard to diagnose are sent to the auction so other dealers can sell them to you.. all that said Jim and everyone at NWTS has been very professional and I am very happy with what we agreed on, I highly recommend walking the lot to see if they have anything that would work for you.
