JR and Mike and the team are simply too notch and the best in the business. I have 2 diesel trucks that they have bent over in helping me keep in good operating condition. JR and Mike are the Les Schwab and Nordstrom of the truck business making the customer the center of their business. NW Truck is simply the best and everyone should take their business there!
JR and Mike have always gone above and beyond to take care of us and our big rigs! We run a delivery service with boom trucks and flatbeds, and this crew handles all our maintenance needs with skill and reliability. It's hard to find people you can truly trust with your equipment, we wouldn't go anywhere else!! Best of all, it's a family-run business by locals, and you can feel that hometown pride in everything they do. We love supporting our neighbors!
On Sept 16th we learned that our very good friend had passed away. We were 3 weeks into our 5 week National Park tour. On the way to our current campground at Glacier National Park pulling our 40ft 5th wheel we had a loss of power from our turbo. I highly recommend this shop! They are honest, skilled, professional, and persevering. I brought my motorhome in with transmission issues from a newly installed transmission from a different shop. They tried replacing a few external parts which didn't resolve the issue, but they didnt give up. They contacted the warranty company and had a new transmission delivered and installed. We travel all over the country but are glad we have an excellent shop in our home town. The technicians are very qualified and competent. They serviced our Onan generator and found several air leaks on our semi another shop missed. Very pleased with their service. Will be returning as needed.
