Recently bought a new bike here and was impressed with the friendly, professional, and thorough service with owner Andrew and team member John. They really know the world of bikes and trails around here and I am so happy I found their store in Enumclaw.
I brought my Cervelo R5 in for a Di2 shifting problem and rattling of internally routed wires. Fixed everything and now it’s shifting perfectly and I’m riding chip and seal roads much more quietly. Thank you so much. Extremely reasonable price too!
The best experience I could’ve ever asked for. I needed a bike rebuilt. Made a reservation with the absolute nicest person on the phone. Multiple people were friendly when dropping the bike off as well as picking it up. My bike was in pristine riding condition for my upcoming long distance ride and I couldn’t be happier.
This shop knows their stuff, and supports their community. I've purchased bikes from 4 local shops in the last 4 years, and this shop, by far gave us the best purchase experience. More than that, they'll the only shop I trust for service, after having questionable experiences at to other places. Finally, they support the cycling ant tri community with training and a great Sunday gravel ride that is open to all skill levels.
I brought in my bike for a flat tire, expecting to drop it off and have to come back later for it. The owner Andrew repaired it there on the spot, and you can tell he has a passion for what he does in watching him work. I will happily come back for any biking needs!
