Pretty middle of the road experience on my end. We had some damage to a fir and wanted it evaluated to see if removal was necessary. They came out and gave me an estimate pretty quickly for that and one other tree they said was worrisome, and gave me a good price, but weren't very responsive. I had to email multiple times to get the service scheduled, and didn't receive the written quote until the day before they were scheduled to come out (also after multiple emails). These folks do great work and amazing clean-up! I have tall trees in my yard, and I was worried about their branches going through someone’s roof. They cleaned up the trees, trimmed a few other trees closer to the house, and they grinded down a large stump. They cleaned up so well, it looked like they raked leaves for me. As a bonus, and without me asking, they leaf-blower-ed the leaves off the back patio. The work done by NW Tree Surgeons earned me “good neighbor” status.
