65 year old here, sporting the scars of 7 orthopedic surgeries who thought there was no way I could do anything like this! Thanks to Travis and the super supportive ladies in the 5:30 am class I am succeeding on all levels! Only Halfway thru my 6 week program I am down 9#, and several %points of body fat. My husband, my mom and I are all in this amazing program together. We are only in our second full week of training. But, I can’t rave about the program itself and the trainers enough!!! I have lost several inches around my waist and I feel so strong. It feels like the gym and people we have always been looking for. I’m never leaving! We have found our home gym & tribe ❤️
I can’t say enough about this program ! I have lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks and still have. Couple weeks left in the challenge ! It has changed my way of life forever and I will continue to do the program and classes even after the 6 week challenge ! This is not a gimmick , this program really works ! Northwest transformation by FAR best program I’ve ever come across, highly recommend this program to anyone trying to get in shape, just did the challenge started at 192lbs now 174 I’m extremely happy with my results, Bill/Travis best coaches in bend by far, always motivating everyone, always friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home! Come on ppl join the program....
