They say residents can drop off but if you're a resident with a pickup, they will treat you like a small hauler, and if you try to explain to them that you're not, they will be extremely surly and rude to you. Apparently the rules are if you're a resident, for some reason, your trash cannot be higher than the top of your bed. But not if you're a small hauler; then you can have a dangerously leaning trash tower of Pisa in your bed and no one cares. Makes perfect sense! You are not allowed to dump here without a permit. Even if it’s your own residential debris. It was very frustrating to drive all the way here (because they don’t pick up the phone and 311 doesn’t know what they are talking about) to be turned away because I didn’t have a permit. The only place to dump a truck full of wood if you don’t have a permit in Baltimore is 6100 Quarantine Road and I would recommend 4 wheel drive there because it’s so steep. Hope you don’t waste your time like I did coming to this place

Came to dump household items and some wood. They said I could not dump there because it was building materials. Further they were rude about it. How is a 6 inch piece of plywood building materials. It is always a different excuse for why you can't dump there. As a resident of Baltimore City this is ridiculous. Probably why we see so much trash everywhere else in the city because residents can't just take their debris to the one place that is setup to do just that. I understand why the city is so trashy, the place is a mess (trash is trash). they won't take yard waist .... ridiculous
