We have lived here since May 2012. It is beautiful, quiet and filled with hard working residents. While it is conveniently located on 1604, it feels like a well kept secret. Plenty of space to run or walk. Jamie, Yvonne, Donnie and Tom work very hard to keep the community running smoothly. They will do whatever they can for the residents. If you know what it means to be a “community”, love your neighbor and respect your neighbor, then this is the spot for you!
I am going to write this review because this place is the worst place to move in. They try to act like an HOA COMMUNITY!!!! when it is NOT! The new manager is a person that has nothing to do but bother the tenants with endless emails. More so an embarrassment to the company, with a manager writing emails filled with grammatical errors and misspellings it has become a joke. At least know how to write an email before demanding the world. NO ONE LIKES HIM IN THIS COMMUNITY! the constant complaining of our lots is insane ! even ... read more
