I have been living in this community for over 4 years. I have never been so disrespected by someone of management, until today by Jaime Mastaw. I had called the office on 09/11 to inform of my bricks being taken from my property and was wondering what happened. He informed me they took the bricks but would return them. I called again around 1:30 09/12 to ask about my bricks that i paid for , to see when they would be returned. I had a terrible experience renting through YES Communities. From the start, the management especially Yvonne was completely unprofessional and consistently rude. Any time we had an issue or needed help, the manager was either unavailable or completely unhelpful—not once did we feel supported as tenants. To make matters worse, we moved out on August 9, yet they are now trying to charge us for September rent—even though we were no longer living there! Management is horrible and go through new managers in less then a year. Then try to enforce rules the previous management didn't.. if I could give one star I would. Let's not mention my 250% increase in my lot rent
