I had a terrible experience renting through YES Communities. From the start, the management especially Yvonne was completely unprofessional and consistently rude. Any time we had an issue or needed help, the manager was either unavailable or completely unhelpful—not once did we feel supported as tenants. To make matters worse, we moved out on August 9, yet they are now trying to charge us for September rent—even though we were no longer living there! Management is horrible and go through new managers in less then a year. Then try to enforce rules the previous management didn't.. if I could give one star I would. Let's not mention my 250% increase in my lot rent

Great community to live in, very family friendly. The complex is safe and clean. We love the amenities especially the playground. Donnie is an exceptional maintenance man, we appreciate the conveniency of having someone that’s experienced and knowledgeable in his craft. He gets things done very efficiently and quickly!! Yvonne, in the front office, is extremely wonderful too! She was a tremendously help getting us moved in. She’s understanding and helpful.
