NW Tire in Mandan has been getting my business for at least 10 years and I couldn't be more satisfied. Eric is so wonderful to work with and I trust him completely. I am a 54 year old female with no mechanical expertise and feel very comfortable that I will get the best advice and service there always. I would recommend them to anyone! CS

Where to begin. Ok from the start. I've started this job that requires me to drive a truck. Truck need oil change and all the mumbo jumbo. So my boss asked where I think would be a good place to take our work trucks to get serviced when needed. So I told him Northwest Tire here in Dickinson ND because the one time I went there was to have them apply a tire to a wheel. They did it fast and was at a cheap price. Of the 2-3 years I've been taking our trucks to them for services they forgot to reapply the oil cap so when I was d... read more

Took car in for a wheel alignment and was told that it needed an outer tie rod before the alignment could be done. That's fine. I went to pick it up to put the tie rod in myself. They charged me $25 just to look at it for maybe 5 minutes. Any good shop will drop these fees especially knowing I would be back and they would make $85 from the alignment. Now that is the last $25 they will ever get from me.

They do good work, but make sure you keep all documentation, If they happen to make a mistake it is very hard to get any help from them ( in my case anyway), they left me stranded with a broken vehicle. This may not be the case with everyone, but in my opinion if your going to spend thousands of dollars, spend the extra few dollars, and just take it to your dealer.

Came in for my scheduled apt to have my tires changed, and an hour and a half later my boyfriend goes up to see what the problem is. They broke the sensor on my tire and now I get to pay an extra $80. My boyfriend had to go back and do the mechanics job so he didn't break the other three. I will never, ever come back...and I don't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to be overcharged.
