Had a car towed to them that had stopped accelerating on the highway. Note they are not my normal shop but since that is in Mt Pleasant I wanted to save on towing costs (mistake). They recommended a full tune and replacing the throttle sensor which I was charged $545. The cost surprised me it was that much but I didn't ask the cost up front. NW Tire outright lied to me and told me it was state law that they could not touch a tire older than 6 years (not even to take one off the rim). They told me no one in town would do it, this was new legislation. I had brought in a bad tire from a plow truck that never leaves my parking lot with a good never-used spare I had sitting around (7 years old). This place is a joke. they didn't rip me off mounting and balancing 2 tires on rims off of the car. labor prices on tires have increased exponentially in the last 20 years and it was refreshing to not get hosed.
I don't believe I have ever left a repair shop with a smile on my face before this. Great customer service. Great price. Had rear brakes done. Just had the work done today will change rating if any problems come up.
