I was heading to Bismarck and got a tire pressure warning between Minot and Max. Sure enough a screw had punctured my tire. Dropped off my vehicle after hours hoping NW TIRE would be able to squeeze me in. They fixed it and I was on the road again before 10:30! Appreciate the great customer service.
The management & staff fit me into their busy day when I needed help the most! Knowledgeable, friendly ~ going above & beyond. They took me from a very stressful situation and gave me sound advice to get me back on the road again. I will never forget the difference they made. This shop is most likely the best "garage" I have EVER been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I was able to get in immediately when my AC went out on my auto. They diagnosed it free of charge. They don't work on auto AC's or I might have been able to give them 5 stars. They were very friendly and accommodating.
