Outstanding Service! – Two of the four frame tubes to the tongue of my Kendon motorcycle trailer broke while on the road. Pulled into NWTA at 0900 on Tuesday morning after a Monday holiday weekend. They immediately took care of me despite having other work. Fabricated support pieces using angle iron and welded everything up stronger than the original and then even spray painted the final work. No negoation on problems – It is with sadness that I write this review. I have been a long time customer in good standing with the Northwest Tire and Auto shop in Chesterfield. I have taken my three cars, my daughter’s car and I have referred numerous friends and relatives to this shop. The people in this shop are friendly and knowledgeable.
