NWT has helped me in a pinch so many times. Just blew a tire on my trailer they told me to bring it down and they would quick get one on for me. Best customer service and Mike is so knowledgeable thankful for the ways they helped us out.
Super helpful and friendly people who stayed to help us out after having a popped tire on a cross-country move. Even called to check on us the next day and make sure the tire was driving good. If I could give 10 stars I would. Incredibly grateful to the friendly people here who helped my family out in a pinch. Thank you!
Thanks so much Northwest Tire for the outstanding customer service we just received! We were pulling our travel trailer on interstate 90 when our tow vehicle got a flat. Glad it happened where it did as we were right off the exit from the store but didn’t want to go any further as were driving on our rim. We gave them a call and they sent a tech to us and gave my husband a ride to their store since our tire was shot. They then drove him back to where we were parked to put it on for us.
