We have brought my wife’s gmc Acadia here two times and have have had nothing but great service. We took the car to Walmart to get a new battery installed. Walmart said the alternator was bad and was overcharging the battery. We called Northwest tire to inquire about getting the alternator replaced. They tested the battery, told us there was nothing wrong with the alternator, and they didn’t even charge us for testing the battery! Great service, friendly, fast, priced nicely. I get oil changes and breaks and other things done over the last 9 months or so. Very happy.
I needed my tire bead cleaned and remounted. I brought my tire in and told them I’d be right back (to grab my rim) but Nick followed me out to assist without me even asking. I’m unsure if that’s standard but either way, greatly appreciated! I waited in my car and he rolled it out to me about 10 mins later. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Had a battery issue this morning and was able to pull in and get it changed immediately! Always Fast, friendly service!!! Above and beyond customer service!!
