Super helpful and friendly people who stayed to help us out after having a popped tire on a cross-country move. Even called to check on us the next day and make sure the tire was driving good. If I could give 10 stars I would. Incredibly grateful to the friendly people here who helped my family out in a pinch. Thank you!
NW tire is very reliable! They do a great job and have wonderful customer service!
I had car trouble traveling home from Sioux Falls and came upon this place recommended by a shop who wasn't able to help me right away. Matt and the fellas at this place were great. They worked me in and got me back on the road faster than I expected. I will go back to get some follow up stuff done and if in the area and need repairs, I go again.
We have brought my wife’s gmc Acadia here two times and have have had nothing but great service. We took the car to Walmart to get a new battery installed. Walmart said the alternator was bad and was overcharging the battery. We called Northwest tire to inquire about getting the alternator replaced. They tested the battery, told us there was nothing wrong with the alternator, and they didn’t even charge us for testing the battery!
