Unethical Business Practices Unethical business practices-Northwest Therapeutic Center shares on the website they are preferred providers for insurance and told me prior to scheduling appts my insurance was covered. They had no issue with taking my co-pay each time I went, They encouraged me to go twice a week and after a month my insurance notified me they are not a preferred provider. When we contacted the office to discuss the concerns with the billing manager she refused to discuss and hung up. I would not refer anyone t... read more
You have to go! Northwest Therapeutic Massage is absolutely the best. I was suffering with a nerve ball in my shoulder and could not turn my head or lift my shoulder. I visited Northwest Therapeutic Massage and had a deep tissue massage, WOW, what a difference. I can now turn my head, lift my shoulder and I am totally pain free. I now know that having a massage is not just for the pamper treatment, itâs to improve everyoneâs quality of life. With great enthusiasm recommend Northwest Therapeutic Massage.
