Stopped in for an EDC pocket knife after traveling by plane only with a carry-on bag. Had a good discussion with NW Tactical about the different available options, giving me some time to try each one in and out of my pocket. Found a nice one from SOG that met my criteria that had a great feel and good price. I highly recommend. Thanks.
Called ahead and spoke with Giovanni. Was in and out in 15min on 8 cutlery knives. Great guy, knows what he's doing, and excellent customer service. Best of all, my chefs knives and steak knives are razor sharp! Highly recommended and he's earned a permanent customer! If you need knives sharpened, don't mess around. Head over here.
Giovanni is amazing! He sharpened my knife while I was shopping, and was very knowledgeable on the products. Checkout was super easy, and no sales pressure. Highly recommend!!
I first met Giovanni in 2024, he has great skill in honing a fine edge blade. Yesterday I brought my knives back to him for a re-sharpening, he offered a new service, finishing the blade with micro-serrations… when I arrived home, I gave both knives the paper cutting test. Both knives just glided through the paper with no effort whatsoever!
