I’m just the spouse of the surrogate, but I was absolutely delighted the be included on the journey that my spouse went through for the intended parents. Recently finished my journey with Northwest! My experience was everything I wanted it to be and more! Erin, our case manager was fabulous, super responsive, and always available! She is a great advocate! Everyone that I encountered was a great advocate! You can tell they care about their surrogates and their intended parents! I would recommend them to anyone!!
