I don’t know where to start. Dr Clark came into my room the day of the procedure, didn’t introduce herself and asked if there were any changes since she had seen me last. My blank stare was her clue she looked at the chart and said oh this is the first time I am seeing you. I had to ask her for her name. She did not come and see me after surgery. Always treated with kindness and respect. Phone calls answered. They call back when they say they will. Overall staff is great. Dr. DeHaas is an excellent surgeon and wonderful human being.
Got my appointments right there.
