Called to get a storage unit this morning, they told me 3:25 today. I left work at 3:00, got there at 3:15 and no one shows up. Their sign says open. Their message says they are only there for appts only. Appt was made and no one shows. I even called the numbers and NO ONE answered. I left a message with my name and number and NO ONE called me back. Do they make money their by past customers who forget their stuff is there and they take money out of their account. The owners need to know how their business is being ran.
Don’t use this storage for anything of value because 75% of the time you can’t get through the entry gate because the gate keypad doesn’t work properly…so I’ve complained about it but nothing ever gets done.
