It seemed alright. Access to move things in and out is very poor unless you're the only ones there. Place seemed clean and well taken care of. I was there with a moving truck and we took up the one and only bay to back into. Not bad, there are definitely worse option in this city.
I used NW storage for almost a year; it is very clean, well-organized and well-run. The location is convenient and the set-up of the facility makes truck move-in/out very easy. Registration and exit are both straightforward & simple. Best of all, costs are affordable and, at the time, better than all of the other locations in Calgary that I looked at (for my needs).
