I am normally not one to take the time and write a review. However, I was so impressed with the work that I feel it is necessary to share my thought's. Unfortunately, my puppy decided that he wanted to use my carpeted stairs as his potty. After contacting Northwest Steamers, I was able to be scheduled that same week. Always my go-to for our carpets both home and in our office.
Called them because my friend’s dog peed on our carpet up stairs. Mr Williams James came in did what they said they were going to do, no more smell. Very professional, owner operated, offered us a military discount. We are very pleased with the service. Totally recommend Northwest Steamers!!
