Northwest state is a very welcoming college! As college is very stressful the staff is always making sure you are comfortable. Being one who is not afraid to ask questions, Northwest took time to explain each question I had, and provide me with more information. This place is a very homey environment with a calm setting. I recommend Northwest to anyone who things College isn’t for them!

Just curious is anyone doing the LPN-RN ASN program. I am currently in Fort Wayne and looking at this school as a option. What does one think of the PAX exam which is the entrance exam needed to take and one last question is the Human Disease course under the program worksheet has anyone taken that and have any suggestions on the level of difficulty. I'm currently in Pathophysiology which is not going the greatest but it's also Online. Thank you in advance for any comments/suggestions.
The decision to close the VanWert campus last year still has yet to been fully explained. When I met with my academic advisor to discuss options there was no guidance, and I was left to explore various avenues myself. I still find it hard to believe this decision was made prior to 2017, and should have been told upon enrolling Fall semester 2016. Not only that the school did not properly supply our anatomy and physiology instructor with needed supplies and she was kind enough to purchase supplies needed for our labs herself.
Love this place.... I'm loving my Statistics class with Mrs. Wamer....She Rocks one heck of a good Instructor to have......for any Math classes she teaches....🤓🤓🤓🤓
I had a wonderful experience as a student at NSCC. So wonderful that I went back as an instructor �
