They are very professional and caring their goal is to continually improve our hearing. My recent hearing aids the Widex Evoke are great !! Comfortable, easy to use and greatly improved my hearing and assists with my Tinnitus. Mary Cay Chisom and Lauren are great to work with and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
They have the best Doctors who work hard to help you hear to the fullest extent possible. Even after you get your new hearing aids they have you come back several times to make sure that the aids are doing the best possible for you. The DO NOT give you hearing aids and send you out the door. It takes some follow up to get the hearing aids working best for you and they make sure it happens. You will not be sorry getting your hearing aids from them.

Excellent knowledgeable staff with top of the line products. I have a significant hearing loss since I was 30. I’ve been coming to Northwest Speech and Hearing for over 35 years. I would not have the quality of professional life at the office and home without their help!
