Dr Khoo and his team have provided excellent care and support to my mum. The lovely ladies on reception have always been accommodating.
Reception staff are disgustingly rude. My doctor is incredible but the receptionists should not have a job. They are so angry with the world, and do not treat patients with any regard whatsoever. Three of them working, but two at lunch and one has run off to ‘move her car’ so now I sit and wait to pay my bill at some point. Disgraceful. I should say, the younger receptionist is nice enough, but the two elderly ladies are horribly rude.
Rude receptionist shouldn’t be working. Disgusting behaviour.
The service from the reception staff was abysmal—extremely rude and unhelpful. Considering this is a healthcare provider, the front-of-house staff could certainly benefit from some customer service training.
Doctors were very knowledgeable and organized. Staff are great and very accommodating, very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend.
