I had a great experience thanks to Mim at reception. She was professional and went out of her way to assist. Her positive attitude stood out. Highly recommend the doctors here!
The receptionist here is extremely disrespectful and rude. I called on 25/3/26 at 9:30am in regards to making an appointment with a specialist I was referred to by my doctor. The receptionist abruptly stopped me mid sentence stating she could not make an appointment because that specialist no longer works there anymore. I explained I had the referral for the centre and was happy to see someone else.
