I bought 12" of small fuel line for my weed eater yesterday. They charged me $1 PER INCH! Blew my mind! Should have asked the price before he cut it off the roll. I have a lot of experience fixing small engine equipment and have never felt so ripped off before. Be careful dealing with this place.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I brought in a Stihl backpack blower in November 2024. They charged me $200 to "fix" it... 5 months later, i am having the exact same problem and they refuse to stand by their work. The company is happy to take your money and do a shoddy fix just to get it out the door, but clearly they don't take their work seriously and more importantly they dont stand behind it. Take your business elsewhere...! EDIT: you will see the owners reply below, and he claims it is due to fuel being left in the engine over t... read more

Took my Honda lawn mower in to NW Small Engine-Hillsboro for a throttle cable replacement and blade sharpening. When I went to pick it up, the blades were not sharpened. When I finally got it home the cord was so tight I could not start it. I will not go back to this business, waste of money.

Dropped off my Ryobi generator that wouldn’t start. They charged me $95, which I thought included a tune up. 2 weeks go by and I get a call that the carburetor needed to be replaced and it was going to be a total cost of $365 (parts and labor). I said no thanks. I took the generator home, spent literally 20 min and cleaned out the carburetor myself and it started right up. They literally did nothing for $95. They get 2 stars because at least they knew the carburetor was the issue. I like supporting small businesses and I hav... read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE, THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND DO NOTHING Dropped off my Honda lawnmower on Monday (10/17/2024) and paid the $55 deposit. They were going to call me with an estimate of the repair costs after looking at the mower. I waited a week for a phone call and nothing happened. On the following Monday (10/24/2024) I called and asked the status of my mower and they indicated NOTHING had been done. He stated they might get to it tomorrow, but was not certain. I decided since they couldn't give me a phone call for the status... read more
