Last Fall I couldn't get my backpack running. Took it here, over $200 later it runs, okay. I use it once or twice winterize it, run it til no gas wont run. Last week it fired right up 2 days ran great. Then it started dumping gas out the carb. Called them said I want to bring it back but Im not paying, okay bring it in. I drive there, they want me to pay, 30 day warranty. Nope, poor business practice.
These folks are totally incompetent. They have no idea about ordering parts. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.
I bought 12" of small fuel line for my weed eater yesterday. They charged me $1 PER INCH! Blew my mind! Should have asked the price before he cut it off the roll. I have a lot of experience fixing small engine equipment and have never felt so ripped off before. Be careful dealing with this place.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I brought in a Stihl backpack blower in November 2024. They charged me $200 to "fix" it... 5 months later, i am having the exact same problem and they refuse to stand by their work. The company is happy to take your money and do a shoddy fix just to get it out the door, but clearly they don't take their work seriously and more importantly they dont stand behind it.
