Great experience with Mike and NW Sewer Repair. Communication is clear and easy. They were incredibly responsive and great on cost. Highly recommend them for your sewer needs.

Really happy with the work Northwest Sewer Repair did for us. They were easy to work with. Communication was quick via both phone and email. They were quick with a (very competitive!) bid, and got the work done no-fuss. Everything was very laid back. This work was done for my own home, but as a realtor I'll happily be referring them to my clients if any of them need sewer work.

First off: Ed and his team at Northwest Sewer Repair are highly recommended. Secondly: Many plumbers exaggerate the problem to justify higher fees in the attempt to take advantage of the urgency of the situation and lack of experience from the homeowner. My experience with NW Sewer was the exact opposite. My experience: I had a backup into my basement due to a clogged sewer line in our Seattle triplex. We share a sewer line and when our neighbors discovered a sink hole underneath one of their flagstones, we knew we had a problem. We asked four companies for a quote and they all had a different solution for the problem. We choose Ed because of his experience, equipment, and he had the best solution for about 40 percent less. Our sewer joint was 11 feet beneath the surface and there is little room to maneuver. The workers were very polite, removing the fence and lining the walkway to hold the significant amount of dirt.
