I am giving 5 stars because of Becky and how hard she works and the customer service she provides. She should start her own company. The folks in corporate lie about the price and inscrease to get you in the door the raise their rates within three months and are even or higher than everyone else. Just be honest and upfront about what your billing practices are and give that gal a raise!
Super easy to work with
My experience has been excellent dealing with this location. The flexibility to adjust the unit size, timeframe and date has been so helpful. Becky has been great to work with through the entire process.
They were quick and available. Super easy to work with and schedule. Held a rental unit for almost a month for me and then I paid over the phone. They even let me park a U-Haul in the lot there overnight since I had no room at our rental.
01/07/2025 Costs at ALL storage facilities are climbing. So that aside, I appreciate the property manager at NW Self Storage in McCall doing her best to solve issues that arise. To actually find someone who will come and do work that is needed is a herculean task in itself. Plus keeping me apprised of scheduling is refreshing in today's world.
