They were here within a few hours of my "please, please help me call". Anthony went above and beyond to help me figure out why my toilets wouldn't flush. They pumped a tank that wasn't pumped properly by another company just a few months ago and got me up and running. Besides getting us on their schedule in a pinch the service was outstanding! Just really nice people that know what they're doing and do it well. Thank you!!
Kris and company are my "go to" people whenever I have to get my septic tanks serviced or I have problems with my septic. They take the time to explain things and don't treat me like I'm asking dump questions. They have worked hard to fit me into their schedule when I had a time sensitive problem and always treated me with respect. I have and will continue to recommend them to others. Thanks Kris & Co.!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Northwest Sanitary to anyone. We had the same problem with them not showing up. Much cheaper through other companies with much better service.They don't return phone calls or show up when they say they will. Certainly not reliable. Don't waste your time!!
Northwest Sanitary has pumped my tank since they began their business. They do a great job and are great people!!! Always friendly and accomodating!!!
Was forced to even give 1 star. They charged $250 to pump my tank.
