Went to Camping World-Lowell to trade and purchase our 2nd travel trailer because the first experience was perfect! Our sales rep and finance team were spot on, showed us what we wanted, made a great deal, easy to work with. Went to pick up our new trailer, everything went down hill fast. Had an appointment to pickup new trailer, 4 hours later, I had to do the hook up and left. During the walk through on the new unit, the service guy acted like we were wasting his time. Very nice customer service. They have a large selection of RV's.
Went in to get a low air flow switch. They didn't have one but told me of olace that did. So, they helpful and friendly
was not treated as a potential buyer we were treated as we were wasting their time.
