Tristen in sales and Joshua in finance made buying my first travel trailer a pleasant experience and kept the cost within my budget. Very kind, responsive people who really listened to my needs. I am very excited to have the cutest travel trailer that is perfect for me. They let me know they are dog friendly and I brought my pup to join me. He thought we were on a field trip. Last night Marvin and his son delivered the trailer and set it up. They were so nice and it is setting level even though it's on a hill.
Camping World's service department is not honest or reliable. We took our camper van in for service while it was under warranty. They lost the parts to the small rear window screen, which fell off. We left all of the parts there for them to fix and showed the tech where they were in the van. They make up a different story every time. Now they want us to come up with the part at a cost of $550, not including the labor to install. They still have not returned the parts we left for them over a year ago. Good luck to you at getting a call back from the service department. I have left numerous messages and receive no call backs and at least twice when I was promised a call back because I actually spoke to service they failed to do so. Good luck!
Very friendly service, were able to help me look at campers in detail and were very patient with my mother and me. Scott was very thorough and showing me the campers along with another gentleman that was shadowing him and Kayla was helping with getting me approved for a camper and she did provide all the information that was needed. Very kind and friendly staff who know how to provide quality customer service! Thank y’all!!
