Super helpful right at closing time
Great selection of Royals. Not sure the HD staff knows how to sell them, but it’s a great place to test ride one and pick up an Enfield tshirt.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've not had any major work done by them but, they have replaced a shifter rod for me when I broke down on the side of the road. They got me right in and had it fixed within minutes for which I'm very gratefull..
My husband went to the LACEY Harley Davidson shop and purchased a royal enfield Marc 2. The staff was incredible. Andy was our sales person and i have to say the service was impeccable. We were introduced to all of the departments that would be helping us down the line. Andy has great follow up with any other needs we might have and continues his great customer service. I want to recommend this facility and i look forward to doing business for years, I would highly recommend them in the future. Thank you, Teresa
JD, Greg, Teresa, and CC were super awesome and helped me pick up a Royal Enfield Scram 411 and some gear. As far as puget sound dealerships go, this place takes the cake when it comes to having a no pressure, friendly environment with no hassle and helpful staff. The delivery was also spot on for my bike. I have no lack of confidence trusting this place for my future bike maintenance.
