l've had two warranty/customer service interactions with NRS recently and both were handled exceptionally well. They exchanged a Neutron after a sizing issue and replaced an Enduro splash jacket when a zipper failed on the first day of use. Outstanding service and products at NRS. I recently purchased a wet suit as well as neoprene socks and gloves. Their sizing measurements on each product were spot on and everything fits perfectly! I had a question and called them and they were very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with NRS.
I have ordered low profile SUP Grass Fins fin skegs from NRS twice now for us eon my inflatable kayak for a better easier paddling experience and the their product and service is worldclass all the way. NRS staff provided wonderful Order communications, fast shipped my orders to me over to the northeast coast, provided accurate delivery status updates and a very high quality product.
