l've had two warranty/customer service interactions with NRS recently and both were handled exceptionally well. They exchanged a Neutron after a sizing issue and replaced an Enduro splash jacket when a zipper failed on the first day of use. Outstanding service and products at NRS. I recently purchased a wet suit as well as neoprene socks and gloves. Their sizing measurements on each product were spot on and everything fits perfectly! I had a question and called them and they were very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with NRS.
